Zetbaz Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guidelines

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between users of the Zetbaz platform (website: zetbaz.pro) and all its services. By opening an account, using our services, or carrying out any activity on the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

Zetbaz An internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. We provide services in Bangladesh and other approved countries. These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

To register on Zetbaz, the following requirements must be met:

• One Account: Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

• KYC Verification: Identity verification is mandatory for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals of large amounts.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–15 minutes. During peak hours, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Meeting Bonus Requirements: Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirements on an active bonus have not been met.
• Suspicious Activity: Zetbaz reserves the right to temporarily place a hold on withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.

Zetbaz offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be read before claiming.

• Wagering Requirements: A specified number of bets must be placed before a bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering ratio is stated in the details of each individual bonus.
• Bonus Validity Period: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period ends.
• One Bonus at a Time: Generally, you cannot claim another bonus while an active bonus is still in progress.

All bets and games on Zetbaz are governed by specific rules that apply equally to all members.

• RNG Certification: All games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring complete fairness.
• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except where a cash-out option is available.
• Technical Error: Should a technical issue occur during a game, Zetbaz reserves the right to void the bet and issue a full refund of the staked amount.
• Maximum Bet Limit: Maximum bet limits are set for each game and bet type. Bets exceeding these limits will not be accepted.
• Sports Betting: For Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled or left unresolved, the bet is typically voided and the stake refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Zetbaz platform:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or any other criminal purpose.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting the bonus system through combined betting or any other method.
• Hacking & Cheating: Using software, bots, or other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of Another Person's Details: Using another person's identity or payment information.
• Platform Damage: Intentionally disrupting platform operations or causing harm to other members.

Zetbaz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• At the member's request (self-exclusion).

Upon account closure, if no rules have been violated, any remaining balance will be refunded. However, if the account is closed due to a rules violation, all balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

Zetbaz reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of any changes:
